Our items are handmade on receipt of an order.

For small technology covers and accessories, the lead time in the workshop is 1-2 weeks before dispatch.
For our larger items in the Luggage and Bag Collections, the lead time is 2-3 weeks to make and dispatch your order.

Please note that on customized and special orders, specified ‘Lead time’ timeframe may not apply – we reserve the right to take extra time to dispatch your item(s) due to complexity of the order.

We use regestered post or a courier service to deliver our goods, a Track and Trace number to confirm dispatch will be provided.

Parcels to Europe are generally received within 2-5 business days of dispatch. Parcels to Canada, USA and ‘Rest of the World’ are received within 5-9 business days of dispatch. For customers wishing to collect from the studio, can still purchase online and select the ‘Collect from Studio’ option.

Deliveries outside the EU can be subject to import fees and taxes, which are due on arrival. These charges vary in each country and they can be checked at your National Customs Office. DE BRUIR shall not be deemed responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance process.
