The Lodge design can be 30-40m² that is perfect for a compact dwelling or a small business.

We create handmade prefabricated parts that can transported to site and assembled to begin the shell of a high spec dwelling.

The main space of the lodge is comfortable for a single inhabitant or couple.

The prototype lodge featured an open storage loft that was accessed by a ladder.

Aircraft Inspired Shape

At 3.8m tall, the lodge features a dramatic ceiling and statement window. A rare and refreshing feature in small-scale architecture.

More development is happening and launching the finished product soon. Ideal for small house development in private gardens. Typically a starter homes for adult children, or step-down homes for retired parents.

The layout has been refined to create a functional and enjoyable kitchen area. It blends from a dining space into a living room.

Curving Walls

Glazing

The glazing in the lodge is placed on the flat end walls. The full height glazing floods the space with light.

Site specific

The lodge is longer that it is wide. So best suits locations where the glazed gable end is to the front.

Contemporary COncept Build

The Aviator Lodge is a visually dramatic timber structure that is designed to be assembled and watertight on site in a week.

The roof is finished in corrugated steel and a selection of colours are available .

The doors and windows are double glazed PVC. The timber cladding is thermo-modified spruce.
